Five more cases of H1N1 influenza, or swine flu, have been confirmed in Hawaii, bringing the total to 15 cases.
The Hawaii Department of Health updated the tally on its Web site Thursday to 15, but has yet to release specific information on the cases.
So far 4,298 H1N1 flu cases have been confirmed in at least 47 states and more cases are expected.
